About Us

We are a local, female-owned Assistant Services Company based in Charleston, SC. We match our assistants with local professionals, businesses, seniors, and families. We primarily service Charleston and the surrounding areas.

Our goal is to improve our client's quality of life. By taking on the day-to-day tasks that can pile up to a mountain of overwhelm, we remove the stress of balancing too many things.

By giving clients extra time, they can focus on the important things like family, friends, and physical & mental health.

For the right candidate, we believe many things can be trained. However, you must be self motivated, love many tasks thrown your way, be able to prioritize, AND keep things from slipping through the cracks.

It will also help if you are a person who loves a clean/organized inbox and checklists

Hours:

  • If desiring part-time - you must be available at least 15 hours per week between 8 am and 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
  • If desiring full-time - Flexible, but typically scheduled sometime between Monday-Friday 8–6 pm.

Various Assistant Roles - Personal, Household, Organizers, Administrative, and Household Management (8-30 hours per week)

Family Assistants typically help keep a home running smoothly by taking on day-to-day tasks and reducing the client's mental load: stocking necessities, tidying between cleaner visits (unloading/loading the dishwasher, wiping surfaces, swiffering tumbleweeds, etc.), walking dogs/litter maintenance, keeping fridge and pantry organized, running errands, laundry. Our clients typically have cleaners so no heavy cleaning is required. This is often life-changing for our clients to come home and have the time to enjoy their family, go to the gym, or rest.

Personal Assistants can range from helping around the house, walking the dog to planning a dinner party, managing renovations, scheduling, administrative help, planning travel, and more.

Organizing Assistants work to get and keep our clients organized.

Administrative Assistants help clients with day-to-day administrative tasks at home or in their businesses.

Family Managers ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards. They often oversee household staff, ensure the home maintenance schedule is up-to-date, help with day-to-day as needed, maintain organization, manage family calendars, arrange travel, and help manage renovations.

Requirements

  • Some clients will require FBI background and drug tests.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US

  • If travel is required, you must have a reliable automobile, a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance.
