We're excited to announce that we are looking to expand our team with two vital roles: a Business Administrative Assistant and a Personal Assistant. If you're passionate about organization, efficiency, and contributing to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing both professional and personal tasks.
- Organize personal appointments, family engagements, and social events.
- Manage household staff and liaise with external service providers.
- Handle personal correspondence and confidential matters.
- Assist with travel planning, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Strong communication skills and discretion.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel and work some weekends.
- Driving license and personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with lifestyle management and event planning.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO/Creative Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage an ever-changing calendar, scheduling all professional and personal appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation reservations, and detailed itineraries.
- Assist with email management, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of critical communications.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes during meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate special projects, events, and presentations aligned with the CEO/Creative Director’s vision.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide ad-hoc support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
