We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and answering phone calls
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, memos, and reports
- Provide customer service support to clients or visitors
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
