Permitting Specialist Job Description:

We are looking to hire a motivated Permitting Specialist to verify, approve, & assist with permitting for our clients. The Permitting Specialist’s responsibilities can include but are not limited to, validating the potential order project details with the Sales Team, working on foundation, building, driveway, & HOA permits, breaking down all permitting requirements to simpler terms for clients, keep information up to date in the company systems, & guide clients through the permitting phase before placing their order.The Permitting Specialist should be able to communicate effectively with clientele & fellow team members regarding permitting requirements. This is a full-time remote position.

A day in the life of an Permitting Specialist:

• Work days of Monday-Friday, & some Saturdays (as needed)
• Working hours 8am-5pm (Central Time) Saturdays 9am-12pm
• Work together to prepare our client’s orders to align with their permits for your team to execute installations
• Reassure our clients we are here for them, communication is key (e-mail, text, calls)
• Develop nonstop customer experience (smooth process by assisting with order details, permits, site plans, zoning restrictions, etc.)
• Ability to learn construction industry development directly from our city/county officials, Projects Director, & Project Coordinators
• Exposure to great connections (engineers, government building officials, Executive Team, etc.)
• Exposure to your motivational Packmates
• Have a mentality of a successor
• Lookout for your clients & share your expertise
• Maintain a communicable relationship with your clients
• Work hand in hand with our Sales, & Project Coordinators

Salary:

$6.00/hour + monthly commission after training
