Permit Coordinator

Permit Coordinator is responsible for compiling all documents required for permitting, submitting and obtaining all sign permits. They will work with customers and city officials to submit all necessary paperwork and drawings to receive a sign permit.

The right candidate will be a:
Team player able to work in a small office with a positive attitude.

Strong attention to detail, patience, and ability to stay organized. Must be self motivated as well.

Ability to multitask.

Excellent customer service skills along with written and communications skills required. Regular and reliable attendance required.

Basic computer skills.

Daily Responsibilities

Review permit list for permits needing to be submitted or issued.

Check with municipalities for application process, cost, status update and confirming jurisdiction.

Complete permit applications and submit electronically.

Office and clerical work including answering phones.

Compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
