The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States, offering a complete menu of services including lash extensions, perming, threading, and Permanent makeup.
We have carved a name for ourselves in the area as the premier salon for eyeelash extension services and we've had several of our existing members and guests inquire about Permanent Makeup Services.
We have Permanent Makeup Rooms built at each location, and are eager to add Permanent Makeup to our list of service offerings. The business will own the business facility, facility Health Permits and all paid Marketing for the Permanent Makeup services. You, the practitioner will own your licenses and permits to practise at our facilities along with all materials required to render these services.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- All required active practitioner licenses for rendering Permanent Makeup services
- Permanent Makeup Experience of a minimum 1+ Year with before and after pictures of each service
- Stellar knowledge of industry trends and a high level of expertise in Permanent Makeup Services
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
