Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years retail beauty experience, (Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus is a plus)
- Excellent artistry educational and customer service skills
- Proven ability to set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
- Ability to cultivate clientele
- Proven track record at planning and executing events in a retail environment
- High energy, reliable, punctual and goal oriented
- Ability to recruit clients with product and introduce our brand to new customers
- Build and maintain store and client relationship to maximize sales and repeat business
- Flexible scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.90 - $25.17 per hour
