I am developing two Off Grid properties in the Antelope Valley, one 10 acres, on 1.7 acres.
Primary purpose will be to build productive food forests on both, will also be building tiny house rental properties on both sites with Off Grid solar and rainwater systems.
Looking for someone to assist, part time (probably about 1 day per week to start out), with the development. Need to live somewhere in the AV (Pearlblossom, Palmdale, Lancaster, etc.) so you can access the site without crazy commutes.
Job will entail basic repair work (basic carpentry, painting/patching, irrigation maintenance), coordinating with subcontractors (excavators, construction, etc), and managing the gardens/plants/trees.
Free use of tiny house once it's built, could potentially live there full time if you want. Profit sharing once we get the houses rented and start harvesting produce from the land.
