Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the automotive industry, a deep understanding of dealership operations, and a proven track record in managing and optimizing software solutions to drive performance and profitability. As a Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in customer retention and satisfaction by proactively engaging with dealership partners, maximizing product ROI, and driving continuous improvement in system utilization and dealership performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels. Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to re-engage and retain customers.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor dealership usage and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve system utilization, efficiency, and overall dealership performance in vehicle acquisition.
- Training & Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to dealership staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to maximize the use of our software solution. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to optimize dealership operations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with dealership partners to understand their specific needs and challenges. Develop customized strategies and action plans to enhance their vehicle acquisition process and achieve targeted objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct regular performance reviews with dealership partners, presenting data-driven insights and progress toward goals. Utilize standardized methods to monitor system 'red flags' and take immediate corrective action as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in retail automotive, B2B account management, or software technology, preferably at the dealership level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels within a dealership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and maintain high levels of productivity and professionalism.
