- Strategic and analytical problem solver with the ability to see the big picture - Build strong partnerships with the People team leaders to develop quarterly and annual financial forecasts- Support the team with quarter-end financial close and reporting process- Analyze and communicate monthly/quarterly financial results- Build out Tableau dashboards to provide strategic and financial support and reporting- Provide day-to-day strategic and financial support to business team
