PhD degree in I/O Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, or Sociology.
Experience using R, SPSS, STATA, and/or other languages to conduct statistical analyses
Ability to turn social measurement into insights and create actionable, data-backed reports. Compile results to inform management while providing recommendations based on research.
Experience advising senior leaders based on data and system-level thinking.
Demonstrated internal consulting, client management, and project management skills.
