Peer Support Team Lead

S&H Youth And Adult Services in Salisbury, NC is looking for one Peer Support Team Lead to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

The Peer Support specialist supervisor must be certified as a Peer Support specialist trained qualified professional. CPSS Supervisor is responsible for ensuring recovery-focused service that allows individuals the opportunity to learn to manage their own recovery and advocacy process through interventions of Peer Support staff that enhance the development of natural supports, as well as coping and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage/supervise a team of 4-8 certified Peer Support specialist
• Q notes written by your staff
• Facilitate monthly treatment team meetings for each consumer on your team
• Facilitate monthly individual supervision and weekly team meeting for staff on your team.
• Track and monitor outcomes for consumers assigned to your team
• Ensure all consumers assigned to your team remain authorized or are discharged appropriately.

Qualifications

Peer Support Supervisor must be a Trained/Certified Peer Support Specialist who is a Qualified Professional with one year experience with the target population and have a Bachelors in human services with 2 years post-bachelor experience ORMastered Degree in Human Service Field with 1-year post-graduate experience OR Bachelor Degree outside human service field with 4 years post-bachelor experience.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
