Salary```Duties:```
- Provide support and assistance to youth and adults with mental health and behavioral health needs
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized support plans
- Implement interventions and strategies to promote clients' well-being and independence
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
- Facilitate group activities and workshops to promote socialization and skill development
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and counselors, to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
```Requirements: ```
- Highschool diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral health challenges
- Knowledge of mental health counseling techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols
- Understanding of addiction counseling principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of community resources and services for individuals with mental health needs
- Experience with motivational interviewing techniques
- Ability to provide mentoring and guidance to individuals in need of support

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
