Pediatric Office Receptionist

Job Summary:
Crestwood Pediatric in Manassas is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a Pediatric front desk setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using E-ClinicalWorks is highly desired
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
