Lot Attendant

Fred Martin Ford, the area’s #1 Ford dealer, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual for a full-time Lot Attendant position. We are willing to train the right individual that lacks experience. You must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include day, evening, and Saturday hours.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in receiving new shipments, and ensuring all accessories are included.

· Move and arrange vehicles to optimize space.

· Ensure that new, used, wholesale and trade vehicles are parked in designated areas, as well as those awaiting maintenance and cleaning.

· Making sure that all vehicles are clean and presentable.

· Keeping lot organized, clean, and free from trash and debris.

· Guaranteeing that all vehicles are displaying dealership plate frames, as well as displaying factory and addendum stickers and selling price.

· Overseeing and maintaining vehicle keys.

· Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory and ensuring that the most marketable vehicles are put on display first.

· Informing supervisor of issues as they arise.

· Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license.

· Clean driving record.

· Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

· Good organizational skills.

· High School graduate or equivalent.

· Customer service experience.
