Pediatric Office Clinical Employee
We are looking for someone to be a Clinical Employee. Duties will eventually include finger sticks, obtaining vitals, chart documentation, and giving vaccines. Experience with Allscripts or a similar medical charting program is preferred. A love and understanding for children is required.
If you have worked in a medical office as a Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, or similar, we encourage you to apply. We are willing to train the right person who doesn’t have experience.
You will work in our office with four Pediatricians where the pace can be very fast. We require our staff to be patient and drama free.

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pediatric patients, their parents, and healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational skills to manage patient appointments, medical records, and supplies
- Attention to detail to accurately record patient information and perform medical procedures
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
