SalaryWe have an immediate opening for a Part Time Head Lice Treatment Technician in our Charlotte Treatment Center. Excellent opportunity for college students. Training is provided. Hours needed are Monday - Thursday 1:45-6:00PM, Friday 1PM-5PM and 1-2 weekend days per month.

At Pediatric Hair Solutions we diagnose and treat Head Lice with our 100% successful treatment protocols. Candidates will be expected to be professional, enjoy working with families while providing hands on patient care.
* Head lice is spread through direct head-to-head contact. We have very strict protocols in our office to ensure our staff will not get lice.
Responsibilities will include:
*Answering phones, scheduling appointments and assisting clients with questions and concerns
*Clerical tasks
*Diagnosing and treating Head Lice
*Managing client appointments
*Education on lice facts
*The ability to empathize, calm and soothe tense individuals
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong customer service background
*The ability to understand scientific facts and concepts
*This is not a desk job. You will be working hands on and providing treatment to our clients. Training is provided.
