ABOUT THE JOB:
OT Associates Chicago is a concierge-style private practice offering in-home and in-school Pediatric Occupational therapy services throughout the greater Chicagoland area. It is our mission to see the need, meet the need, and exceed the need for all kiddos and families that we work with regardless of where we may meet them in their journey. Our focus is children 0-11 who may need support with emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory, fine/visual motor skills and more. We provide services to children who are neurotypical and need assistance with milestone achievement, children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory processing disorder (SPD), executive functioning deficits (ADHD, anxiety), developmental delays, dysgraphia (handwriting), oral motor challenges and self care skills, partnering with renown pediatricians and specific schools throughout Chicago. This unique role will provide an opportunity to work with and learn from our exceptional lead therapist and founder where you will receive direct mentorship to grow your OT skills and career. We have both part time and full time openings.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Working 1:1 with children in-home or in-school, available Monday - Friday in greater Chicagoland area
- Administer occupational therapy evaluations to determine needs and develop care plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve client functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and evaluate progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Interacting with and educating parents and caregivers on therapy approaches and strategies
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of client evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Mentorship programs provided by senior therapists
REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate will have remarkable clinical skills and professional references
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
