As part of its efforts to expand its scholarly and clinical activities, the Department of Pediatrics at the Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine is currently seeking a BC/BE candidate for a faculty position in its Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology. The position will involve patient care for referrals from the central Gulf Coast, clinical instruction to medical students, pediatric residents and medicine-pediatric residents, and the opportunity to participate in clinical research projects. Faculty members in the Department of Pediatrics have active staff privileges at the USA Health Children's and Women's Hospital. Level of appointment is open and will be commensurate with experience and academic productivity.
