The primary goal of the Digital Marketing Account Manager is to grow overall account revenue by adding new customers while retaining and upselling current ones.     

The overall purpose of theDigital Marketing Account Manageris to plan, develop and manage client's digital and business development center (BDC) strategies to improve their web presence, drive store traffic and achieve their digital and BDC marketing goals. In addition, they are responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients.  

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Complete monthly client consultations to provide strategy and budget recommendations, focused on new and current client growth and retention for both Digital Marketing and BDC.    
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue expectations.  
  • Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts and track pacing on a monthly cycle. 
  • Actively monitor bidding strategies and ensure the client is receiving the best possible results for their individual needs. 
  • Confirm that all account settings, reports, and targeting methods are accurate at all times. 
  • Optimize campaigns within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads by executing changes necessary to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a daily basis. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest Digital Marketing and BDC trends and find innovative ways to implement these trends into your book of business. 
  • Special projects as assigned by management. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Business preferred. 
  • 1 or more years in digital/traditional marketing, media, social advertising or auto industry. 
  • Exposure to Digital Marketing, BDC, media, social advertising or the auto industry. 
  • Able to build and manage both current and potential client relationships.   
  • Strong client presentation skills.  
  • Become company subject matter expert with both Digital Marketing and BDC strategies, product offerings and processes.  
  • Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated. 
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 
  • Take initiative & be organized. 
  • Must be able to take direction well. 
  • Experience with SEM/Display/Remarketing/SEO/YouTube True View is desired but not a requirement. 
  • Complete Google Ads certifications (fundamentals, search, display, and video).
