Pediatric Dental Front Office Scheduler

Job Summary

Our established private Pediatric Dental practice has an opportunity for an individual who is looking for a enthusiastic and energetic Front Office patient scheduler position. We are looking for a reliable, good communicator and multitasker professional who works efficiently in a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming and greeting patients in person and on the phone with a smile
• Verifying and entering accurately patient information
• Scheduling multiple appointments
• Working closely with other team members on schedule management
• Checking patients in and out
• Maintaining patient hygiene appointments
• Other administrative responsibilities to be assigned

Job Type: Part time Monday-Thursday 32 - 36 hours

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour negotiable depending on experience
