Medical Office Scheduler - Phone Room

Busy Family Practice looking for a Medical Office Scheduler/Operator. Customer Service Skills a MUST! Primary job duties include answering phones, appointment scheduling, updating patient information using eMDs software, showing compassion to patients, gathering new patient information, and paying attention to detail.

This position requires someone very organized, friendly, and a team player. Previous scheduling experience and/or Medical Office front desk experience required.

This will be a M-F, 8-5 position. Must be on time each and every day!

Minimum of one year experience. Requires good communication skills with patients, physicians, and other team members.
