Assistant General Manager Needed
The Peach Cobbler Factory (“the Company” or “PCF”) has opened two stores - one in Anderson Township (in the Anderson Towne Center at 7578 Beechmont Avenue) and another in Hyde Park (3646 Edwards Road). The ownership team will have a total of four locations in the Greater Cincinnati Area. The Company is looking for an Assistant General Manager (“the AGM”) for our Anderson and/or Hyde Park stores. There will also be opportunities for promotion to upper management within the Company.

DUTIES:
The AGM's principal duties and responsibilities shall be to assist the General Manager ("the GM") with overseeing, supervising and managing all aspects of the day to day, on-site operation of the Company's restaurant. The AGM agrees to perform such additional duties assigned to him or her from time to time by the Company and to devote his or her full time, energy and best efforts as Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting the GM with:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar executive role in a restaurant
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
COMPENSATION:
- Salary – Competitive base salary to be determined based on experience and qualification. Company payroll is paid twice a month.
- Performance Evaluation Bonus – The Employee may be eligible to receive a bonus based on evaluation from the ownership group. To be clearly defined in the Assistant General Manager Agreement.
