Pd-Rn Homecare - Shift Work

Description:RNs for Private Duty SHIFT WORK(TRACHE & VENT EXPERIENCE A PLUS)

Essential Functions:

• Provide care to patients in a home care setting
• Assure the continuity of care through delivery of quality patient care.
• Monitors referred cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third-party payers.
• Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner
• Meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the Agency/licensing board.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1-year experience as an RN in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience

Licensure/Certification:

• Level II background screening AHCA (we will pull this up on the website)
• A Health Statement within 6 months of registration date saying the caregiver is free of communicable disease
• Driver’s License
• Auto liability insurance
• Proof of ability to work in the USA (could be your social), Legal residence card or work permit (if applicable)
• CPR Card (NOT ONLINE Approved by American Heart Association, American Red Cross or The Health and Safety Institute)
• RN License or certificate
• Alzheimer’s CEU (Dept. of Elder Affairs)
• HIV/AIDES CEU
