Position Summary: The role of a Production Control and Logistics (PC&L) Analyst (PPV) is to manage day to day logistic activity as it relates to all facets of program launches, materials scheduling, planning, and inventory control. Responsibilities: Scheduling/Customer Support Attend program Top 5 and customer meetings as required Anticipate/identify build material potential shortages Check customer release system for order updates Check ship report through SAP - shippers to verify previous days shipments were complete and conforming Confirm customer receipt confirmation in ordering system Enter promise dates for customer order requests Communicate premature cancellations/decreases from customer to FIS team Communicate "drop-in" (late add) orders or increases (with no lead time) from customer to FIS team Check SAP report to confirm sales order set up for new orders week prior to shipping Consistently check inventory to confirm part availability, then confirm builds and pass-through with Gap Leaders prior to shipment Schedule lines in SAP for customer requirement Update/send build schedule for PPV teams Process E-invoice/VIM requests within 48 hours of receipt Inventory Management Create work orders for logistic/program activity in IOM Communicate specific component order needs for the build to the program team (to avoid customer shortages) Validate material order aligns to Galileo BOM (confirm with PDL/PE) Create kit pick list for inventory management in the pilot plant (Project Synergy) Submit month-end build summary to Controller (GPIRS, Project Synergy, other...) Data Management Maintain updated program, customer and supplier contacts Maintain tracking of logistics, material ordering, and customer deliverables Ensure documentation is maintained in correct online system Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site Commitment to the highest ethical standards and adherence to: Faurecia Group Code of Ethics Faurecia Group Code of Management Faurecia Group Environmental Policy Faurecia Group Quality Policy All other duties as assigned by the company Position Specifications Knowledge/Skills: Intermediate MS Office Suite skills: Strong Excel skills Strong problem-solving skills (QRCI, 8D, other customer tools) Process driven; detail oriented Familiarity with Product Data Management (BoM, ECM...)
