```Job Overview```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance and support to individuals who require help with their daily activities. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence and ensuring their well-being.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with Personal Care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental stimulation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
