We're seeking Game Testers for a remote playtest for a AAA third-person shooter game. Playtest dates are March 22nd to March 26th, 2024.

This is an incredible opportunity for experienced and high-skill gamers to test the next big FPS game before it's released to the public.

This new game is being launched by NetEase Games, a leading global developer and publisher of video game IP across a variety of genres and platforms. Titles include Knives Out, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, and Naraka: Bladepoint, and partnerships with major entertainment brands such as Warner Bros and Mojang AB (a Microsoft subsidiary).

This is not a guaranteed paid position, but an opportunity to join an exclusive, closed beta of an up-and-coming AAA game title.

However, some players will have the chance to be paid $300 (USD). Please see compensation details below after carefully reading through requirements for participation.

Requirements:

1. Age: 18+ and reside in North America

2. Must be a hardcore PC gamer of mainstream PVP shooter games. Games and required rankings listed below.

3. Must be comfortable with keyboard and mouse control.

4. Must play 10+ hours per week.

5. Must have a reliable internet connection.

6. Must meet minimum or recommended PC requirements as outlined below.

- 64-bit processor and operating system
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Processor: Intel Core i7-10700F / AMD Ryzen 7 5700X or higher
- Memory: 32 GB RAM
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 3060 / AMD RX 6600 XT or higher
- DirectX Version: 12

Recommended PC Requirements:
- 64-bit processor and operating system
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Processor: Intel Core i7-12700F / AMD Ryzen 7 7700X or higher
- Memory: 32 GB RAM
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 3080 / AMD RX 6800 XT or higher

Exclusions:

1. Players who play shooter games on console only will not be considered.

2. Players cannot have participated in any game research or game tests with any gaming company or its research partners in the past 3 months.

3. Players cannot be an employee of or affiliated with any video game development company, media outlet, or journalist specializing in video game news, market/user research company, or video game streaming company.

Games and Required Rankings:

Players must meet a rank requirement in at least one of the following games. Screenshot proof will be required.

Overwatch 2: Platinum and above

Valorant: Platinum and above

Apex Legends: Platinum and above

Rainbow Six Siege: Platinum and above

CS:GO/CS2: Gold Nova Master to MGE

Fortnite: Platinum and above

Call of Duty: Platinum and above

Compensation:

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play and test the next popular game before anyone else. Since this is such an exclusive opportunity, players will be required to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement).

We are seeking 1400 players from North America in total. 1200 are volunteer. 200 will earn $300 (USD) and be chosen after playtest commitment. These paid players will be required to commit 4 hours per day for the 5 consecutive days of the playtest (March 22nd to March 26th, 2024).

Volunteer players will have more flexible time slots with no minimum required time spent playing the game. Simply play and provide your valuable feedback.
