Job Title:Payroll Tax Manager - 28963

Pay: Starting from $60,000 per year
Job Summary: As a Payroll Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our company's Payroll Tax filings and reporting. Located in Irving, TX, you will be responsible for overseeing various tasks related to withholding, depositing, and reporting federal, state, and local Payroll Taxes. Collaboration with the Payroll team and other departments is crucial to maintaining compliance with complex tax regulations and meeting deadlines.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Processing and verification of employee Payroll Tax forms (W-4, W-9, etc.).
- Supervise the calculation and withholding of federal, state, and local Payroll Taxes, including income, Social Security, Medicare, and unemployment taxes.
- Lead the preparation and filing of timely and accurate quarterly and annual Payroll Tax returns (941, 940, W-2, etc.).
- Manage the electronic deposit of Payroll Taxes and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Stay informed about changes in tax regulations, conducting research, and updating payroll systems accordingly.
- Generate comprehensive reports for management on Payroll Tax activity.
- Provide guidance and assistance in troubleshooting Payroll Tax-related issues, addressing employee inquiries.
- Ensure meticulous maintenance of detailed records and documentation for all Payroll Tax activities.
- May supervise and assist with other payroll tasks as assigned.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local Payroll Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Payroll Tax software, such as ADP, UKG, or Ceridian.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll Tax processing or accounting.

- Experience in Payroll Tax management, with a focus on manual filing
Pay Disclosure:
"The pay range for this position starts at $60,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
