Payroll Representative

Duties Include but are not limited to checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records.

• Process in-house payroll for high-volume of employees
• Handle benefits, garnishments, and other deductions from individual paystubs
• Resolve issues regarding incorrect payroll information
• Set up Direct Deposits
• Calculate and process timecards, bonuses, employee changes, taxes, garnishments, and deductions
• Assistance with billing and invoicing
• Performs tasks to establish and maintain payroll records.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes pertaining to exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions

Qualifications for In-House Payroll Administrator:

• Must have strong computer skills, attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, MS Office/Excel/Word, exceptional multitasking, ability to work with a team, and organizational skills as well as work effectively with minimal supervision.
• REQUIRED: 2+ years of high-volume in-house payroll processing experience (in-house payroll experience is very important in this role, we do not use 3rd party software system to process the paychecks)
