Position Information
Description & Details:
The Payroll Services Office at North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND has an opening for a Payroll Records Technician. This individual will work with Human Resources, Payroll Services and departments to enter and process employee hires, changes and terms. In addition to data entry, this position will work closely with university departments to ensure accuracy of information entered, and receipt of appropriate documentation and required approvals.
Work Schedule:
Academic Year: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Summer and Semester Break: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Advertised Salary:
$42,000+
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Payroll
Prior Data Entry Work Experience
Prior Customer Service Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on a University Campus, preferably in a Human Resources or Payroll Office
Peoplesoft HCM Experience
Outlook, Word, and Excel Proficiency
