Payroll Manager

Responsible for supervising the payroll operation team processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll as well as managing his/her own payroll-processing duties for approximately 80,000 employees within US, Mexico, India, Chile, and Canada.  Performs duties that require an understanding of company payroll policies and procedures with a strong level of customer service.

• Bachelor’sDegree in Accounting, or equivalent
• Minimum5+ years recent hands-on leadership experience
• Globalpayroll supervision experience required
• Proficientwith metrics, development, monitoring and delivering
• Proficientusing data analytics, and extremely technical with analyzing data to solveproblems
• Musthave working knowledge of Ultipro and Kronos
• Highlevel understanding of systems and interfaces
