Summary:
This individual will be responsible for processing weekly payrolls timely and accurately for multiple organizations within the Kokosing Group
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Pay Change Requests
- Manage/Keying of Timecards
- Process Weekly Payroll for multiple companies
- Finalize Employee's Last Check
- Process Manual Checks
- Sort and Distribute Payroll Checks
- Process Employment Verifications
- Resolve all Payroll Related Issues
- Maintain Prevailing Wage Rates
- Communicate any Found Discrepancies with Project Team
- Must understand payroll procedures and techniques.
- Communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Must be willing to learn new systems and skills.
- A degree and payroll experience preferred but not required.
