Responsibilities include:
- Process employees' paychecks efficiently and accurately.
- Collect payroll data and timesheets from various departments.
- Verify hours and payment details through the payroll system.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate associated reports.
- Ensure accurate processing of salary employee payroll.
- Conduct periodic audits of time/attendance records.
- Manage department tables, bonus plans, and time/labor system.
- Confirm/update quarterly tax verification notices.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll system.
- Proven experience with high-volume payroll processing for 1300 employees.
- Ability to handle a mix of salary and hourly payroll.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll regulations.
