About the role
You will assist our Business Management department with benefits and payroll administration.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Facilitates benefits enrollment of newly eligible employees
- Process benefits terminations
- Partner with third party administrator for claims processing and payments
- Provide timely internal onsite customer service for employees with timecard, payroll, and loan/draw questions
- Process bi-monthly payroll
Skills and experience needed
- Prior benefits administration with a company of 100+ employees
- Prior payroll experience. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
- Customer service and the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals in job roles, locations, and through different technologies
- Previous experience in Excel is desired.
- Must be able to work onsite most days but this role will have flexibility to work from home occasionally
- Must be able to occasionally work late to interact with swing shift employees.
