About the role

You will assist our Business Management department with benefits and payroll administration.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Facilitates benefits enrollment of newly eligible employees
• Process benefits terminations
• Partner with third party administrator for claims processing and payments
• Provide timely internal onsite customer service for employees with timecard, payroll, and loan/draw questions
• Process bi-monthly payroll

Skills and experience needed

• Prior benefits administration with a company of 100+ employees
• Prior payroll experience. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
• Customer service and the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals in job roles, locations, and through different technologies
• Previous experience in Excel is desired.
• Must be able to work onsite most days but this role will have flexibility to work from home occasionally
• Must be able to occasionally work late to interact with swing shift employees.
