We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Full-Time Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team. Your Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll seamlessly by utilizing ADP Workforce Now as your secret weapon.
- Take charge of employee benefits administration with precision (ADP expertise is a plus!).
- Ensure flawless payroll tax processing and compliance.
- Exercise strong communication skills daily, delivering information clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner.
- Engage in HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and facilitating training sessions for new hires.
Who We're Looking For:
- A Payroll Prodigy with a solid background in ADP Workforce Now.
- Extensive experience managing payrolls for multiple entities.
- Well-versed in payroll tax intricacies.
- Excellent communication skills for both motivational talks and policy discussions.
- Skilled in multitasking within HR, from recruitment to onboarding to training.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
- Full-time position
- Currently remote within the Salt Lake area or surrounding areas
