What We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated individual to support the Fintech Banking Payments Partnership Management team and clients. This individual will work with the Partnership Management team, Bank internal stakeholders, and Bank clients in support of their Fintech Payment program. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and organized individual who is a self-starter, with time management skills and creative thinker. Our ideal candidate is excited by daily challenges and meeting deadlines in support of key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Create, source, and manage different reports needed by the Partnership Management to support the Payment program (e.g., ACH, Wires, RTP, Fednow, Merchant Acquiring).
- Track and maintain a list of requests or issues raised by the internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Operations, IT, Risk).
- Interact directly with clients for different business purposes (e.g., follow up on requests, meetings) via calls, video calls, or emails.
- Collaborate in the creation and update of different documents required as part of the customer lifecycle (e.g., due diligence memos, credit limit request memos)
- Collaborate in the creation and update of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
- Support the Partnership Management team with the collection of client-related documentation.
- Ad hoc Relationship team and client support
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant or similar experience with a Fintech Bank, financial institution, Fintech company, major payments company, or international payments company.
- Ability to collaborate across the organization with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload and multi-task under deadlines.
- Works independently with minimal guidance
- Medium to advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem solver and analytical thinker
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical forms into simple concepts.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ACH operations or other similar payment's function.
- Experience or training related to BSA/AML compliance.
- Experience with international payments (e.g., Cross border payments, IAT)
Additional Information:
- Work hours: 8 hours – Regular office hours
- Work location: Fort Lee HQ (4th floor), but we are open to hybrid (3x week)
- Travel: Not required

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
