We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role is vital in deploying best practices and providing daily support to fulfill our client's needs. The successful candidate will review and analyze client-related financial transactions, manage ongoing ticket support, and collaborate closely with our data team to offer insights and recommendations. Familiarity with data cleaning processes and Power BI is highly regarded, as these skills will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional Client Support and enhancing our customer experience strategies.

Major Duties:
  • Financial Transaction Analysis:
    • Regularly review and analyze client-related financial transactions to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ticket Support Management:
    • Efficiently manage ongoing support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to client inquiries and issues
  • Collaboration with Data Team:
    • Work closely with the data team to leverage data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI, to inform and guide Client Support strategies
  • Best Practices Deployment:
    • Assist the Customer Experience Manager in deploying best practices across Client Support operations to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Insight and Guidance Provision:
    • Use insights derived from data analysis to provide actionable recommendations for improving Client Support and overall customer experience
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Client Support processes and the customer experience by staying informed about industry trends and customer feedback
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Customer supporting roles with a background in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience in Client Support, financial analysis, or data analyst role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and interpret trends
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI, is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with high-functioning organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-sufficient
  • Strong attention to detail, adept in creative problem-solving, and resourceful
