Our client, an established insurtech organization is looking to add a Data Support Analyst to their growing team.

DATA SUPPORT ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with the program management team, as well as external MGA and TPA partners worldwide to align bordereau file formats and delivery methods
• Coordinate the management and oversight of bordereau files, tracking the delivery and processing of files received from MGA/TPA partners
• Load monthly reports to data processing tools and running models to obtain aggregated data sets
• Ensure monthly reports and aggregated data sets are made available for internal stakeholders
• Escalate issues and track production errors through resolution
• Support data mapping and implementation efforts for new programs

DATA SUPPORT ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years experience in P&C program management
• Solid database experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Pyramid, Power BI, or Tableau expertise
