 Payments Officer bilingual Chinese
Promotable Opportunity with a foreign bank located onsite in Manhattan,
with potential to become a team leader!
Base salary range $80K-110K, based on skills and experience 
Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year college or university.
2. Five to seven years of related experience and training.
3. Priority will be given to those with relevant work experience in Chinese banks (3 years above), and fluency in Mandarin is preferred
4. Have strong ability to write materials in Chinese
5. Have strong organizational and coordination skills, system development & implementation experience or project management 

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for day to day supervision of Clearing Division ensuring proper execution of processing, as well as generally efficient operations.
2. Responsible for the Bank’s clearing business, clearing strategy, clearing compliance management, revision of policies and procedures, and improvement of internal controls;
3. Responsible for the establishment, development and improvement of clearing-related systems;
4. Responsible for the implementation of the ISO20022 standard migration
