Job Description

- Process and/or balances all reports related to drafts, payroll, eDeposit and ACH functions by processing accurately and consistently meeting deadlines. Closes out all assigned work and ensuring appropriate data is available in month end reporting.
- Assists team members as an initial escalation point regarding Member issues, assisting branches, or other departments.
- Research and resolves all department related general ledgers and addresses out of balance conditions to management.
- May provide suggestions to improve efficiencies, productivity, and accuracy.
- Responsible for providing fundamental concepts, practices and procedures necessary to provide direct assistance to Members, and team members, regarding issues related to payroll process and posting, drafts, ACH, and other similar functions.
- Maintains confidentiality of Credit Union and Member records.
- Performs daily system file maintenance and utilizes multiple systems and critical applications in order to properly maintain Member account transactions.
- Performs various office functions, including but not limited to logging and distributing mail, check posting, imaging and record retention and manage the supply order.
- Maintains time sensitive workflow relating to all functions listed above.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
- Required High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of previous related experience Required
- Knowledge relating to department functions, credit union standard operating procedures, rules and regulations and possesses analytical skills to utilize available resources to conduct research and resolve various account and general ledger issues.
- Extensive knowledge with regard to the credit union’s Standard Operating Procedures and possesses the skills necessary to utilize theSource and other tools to assist in researching and resolving issues.
- Broad working knowledge of rules and regulations specifically related to department functions: i.e. Regulation E, Regulation D, Regulation CC, NACHA, to ensure compliance.
