Position: Payment Operations Leader
Location: Dublin, CA - Onsite
Type: 3-Month Contract with Possible Conversion
Start Date: Two Weeks from Offer
Work Hours: Flexible Hours (7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $80/hr - $100/hr
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Payment Operations Leader to join our team in Dublin, CA. As a Payment Operations Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient ATM operational processes and enhancing the performance of our staff. You will oversee the efficient operation of our ATM fleet, ATM networks, and ATM infrastructure while managing ATM vendors for contracted service level agreements and escalations. This role will require strategic planning to leverage the ATM as a delivery channel and ensure the Business Resumption Plan is established and reviewed annually to comply with Credit Union guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational development and deployment of enhancements and/or new systems
Maintain in-depth knowledge of regulations and changes in regulatory requirements
Evaluate and make recommendations for vendor selection and monitor vendor performance
Oversee fleet performance and uptime, vendor management including software testing and security upgrades
Plan for all aspects of money movement to support delivery channels
Build reports and conduct data analysis to drive business intelligence in planning
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of work experience in managing payment systems including ACH, Wire Transfers, In-clearings, Mobile Deposit, bank operations, financial services industry, customer service, and account servicing
5+ years minimum at the managerial level in the financial industry
3+ years minimum experience in managing ATM fleet, networks, and vendors
Extensive knowledge of EFT, NACHA, and Federal Reserve Regulations in payments/settlements
Knowledge of banking products; savings and loans
AAP (ACH) and/or NCP (Checks) Certification Preferred
Excellent leadership, communication skills, and organizational skills required
Knowledge in building reports and data analysis to drive business intelligence in planning
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Details: $80.00 to $100.00 per hour
