Duration: 8 Months Contract (with a possible extension)

Job Description:

The Patient Accounts Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of Medi-Client

redetermination processes.

This position involves making target outreach to pregnant and postpartum individuals undergoing Medi-Client redetermination, guiding them through the redetermination process, and assisting them with navigation to appropriate resources and submission of necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in public health, healthcare administration, or related field is a plus.

Fluency in both spoken and written English is required for effective communication with team members and partners.

Prior experience in a call center, customer service, patient accounts, or MediClient-related roles is preferred.

Familiarity with MediClient regulations and redetermination processes is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to navigate and utilize relevant computer systems and software.
