The Patient Service Representative- Lab is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers in a laboratory setting. The representative will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying patient information, collecting specimens, and processing laboratory orders. The representative will also be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and healthcare providers in a friendly and professional manner
- Verify patient information and collect specimens

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred
