The Patient Service Representative- Lab is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers in a laboratory setting. The representative will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying patient information, collecting specimens, and processing laboratory orders. The representative will also be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and healthcare providers in a friendly and professional manner
• Verify patient information and collect specimens
• Process laboratory orders and maintain accurate records
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred
