The Patient Service Representative completes pre-visit planning, by verifying insurance and demographics, documents referrals and authorizations obtained are valid, does appointment confirmation; completion of tasks and chart prep, collects payment and open/closes daily financial batches; check-in and registration; maintain waiting room and workstations; checks voicemail two times per day: maintains office supply inventory when needed. And other duties as assigned.
