Career Opportunity with OB/GYN Practice

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and cheerful disposition and extraordinary customer service skills. Medical office experience required. All candidates must be available M-F from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm in order to be considered for this position. Required experience: Excellent customer service skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational and analytical skills and the ability to work independently are required. Experience in an OB/GYN medical office setting required. Must have experience using EMR/PMS for scheduling and tasking.

Duties include: Patient registration, updating demographic and insurance information, scheduling appointments and other duties as assigned.
