Patient Receptionist

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate is a positive, dynamic, self-motivated, and dependable person capable of working flexible hours in a professional between the hours of Monday through Friday. However, flexibility to work other hours is a plus. The applicant must be able to multi-task and have sufficient computer skills and experience to allow use of various software programs.

The general duties will consist of the following:

• Front Desk Receptionist
• Greeting and escorting patients
• Patient scheduling
• Receiving and posting payments and charges
• Gathering patient paperwork
• Filing documents and assembling records and charts
• Perform electric Stimulation, ultrasound and laser therapy
• Reconcile daily payment reports
• Problem solving
• Verify and explain insurance benefits
• Other duties as assigned

Experience working in a Chiropractic or other medical office or in a patient scheduling environment is a plus. Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
