Patient Care Coordinator

Looking for a motivated Patient Care Coordinator who is an organized, fast learning individual that can handle ALL duties of a physical therapy clinic front desk position. We are locally owned private practice, who takes pride in providing the best Patient Care.

• Previous experience in a medical front office or medical billing.
• Must be able to multitask and be organized.
• Need someone with a take charge personality, who has the initiative to get things done without being micromanaged.
• Must be dedicated and dependable.
• This person MUST be a hard worker, quick learner, fast action implementer, TEAM PLAYER, communicate well, extremely friendly, and love to work with people and make a difference in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all patients are scheduled accordingly
• The ability to communicate with therapists and other physician offices for necessary documentations and patient follow up
• Ability to answer multiple calls a day
• Assist with marketing
• Verifying insurance and data entry
• Obtaining insurance authorizations in a timely manner
• Handle medical billing questions, patient records and account

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 - $21.98 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
