Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Patient Coordinator to join our team at our brand new MedSpa in Encinitas. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Educate clients about our services and assist them in selecting appropriate treatments
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is desired

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
