Patient Coordinator, Lead Consultant Cosmetic Medical Practice

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, positive, creative, detail oriented, customer service driven professional to expand our cosmetic medicine team. Our practice specializes in liposuction, skin rejuvenation, laser cosmetic procedures, Botox and Fillers, PRP injections, hormone replacement and Functional Medicine. A genuine interest and background related to cosmetic medicine is essential.

The position is responsible for office coordination, coordinating patient flow, scheduling patient appointments, following up with leads, driving marketing activities, and facilitating patient care. Patient care and customer service are our priority so you must be friendly, outgoing and naturally enjoy helping people.

To be successful, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently.

The entire office operates through electronic medical record and electronic communication. Strong typing, computer and phone skills are essential.

You will work primarily in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office . Two staff members travel to our Maple Shade, NJ office twice per month. Reliable transportation is essential.

Typical hours of operation are between 8:30am and 6:30pm. You will be scheduled to work during the hours of operation. If full time, you will be scheduled until closing 2-3 night per week. The office is open 2 Saturdays per month from 8:30-4. Full time staff members are scheduled at most two Saturdays. Part-time staff can work one Saturday unless they prefer to work more.
