Cosmetic Practice in OC seeks an experienced Patient Consultant/Surgical Coordinator/office manager to join our great team as a liaison between the office and prospective patients.
Must be organized and detail oriented. will also assist with financing options, post-surgical planning, marketing and various special needs that may arise. THE MAIN SKILL NEEDED IS THE ABILITY TO WORK HARD WITH A TEAM AND HAVE A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PATIENT COORDINATION IN A PLASTIC SUREGRY/COSMETIC/SPA SETTING.
Qualifications: Must have previous medical/healthcare experience. -Ideally as a surgery consultant. Please do not apply if you do not have the necessary experience.
The person filling this position is expected to have a high degree of understanding of the processes and procedures for coordinating patient intake, preparing patients for surgery, scheduling appointments and be dedicated to patient care. This position requires extreme organization and communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Salary is very competitive and depends on experience. Base salary plus incentive.
